Network monitoring
Global experience, to advise customer on setting up network monitoring organisation along with 24x7 TOC operation for alarm monitoring, trouble ticket management, fuel management, site access management, managing technical helpdesk to attend to clients’ issues, directing the field team for taking up corrective actions till trouble ticket is closed and preparing customised dashboards.
Network operations
On-site Preventive Maintenance (PM) for necessary equipment care and maintenance according to an agreed schedule, carry out Corrective Maintenance(CM) to restore equipment to operating condition and Field Maintenance(FM) in accordance with agreed responsibility matrix , coordinating among client’s operations team , PM, CM vendors , and field maintenance team till sites restored, TT closed.
Power management
Energy provision is a major element of site operations, highly impacting the network availability. Firmament provides purpose-built power management solution for on-grid and off grid sites based on local condition, i.e. poor, unstable grid, network disruption due to flood, cyclone by monitoring and analysing site wise load, power equipment dimensioning, energy audit, optimise consumption.
Operations Support
Provide necessary training to ensure field maintenance team are qualified, skilled, and available in adequate number to ensure service delivery per agreed terms and conditions. They are trained on standard industry policy, energy equipment operations, passive infrastructure process, Preventive Maintain schedule, and provide loading support, site access , monitoring permit-to-work of users at site.
